    Job Purpose - The role incumbent will be responsible to handle non-litigation legal and regulatory matters of the organisation, with a solutions-oriented approach and excellent decision-making skills

    Key responsibilities

    • to review all the retail transactions pertaining to Business LAP for all the locations
    • pre disbursement checklists and contents including various compliance certificates
    • of loan and security documents for big ticket size cases
    • and vetting various legal documents and replies to notices
    • the legal risks involved in various deals/processes and share the same with the management
    • with the empanelled legal vendors for APF
    • legal records/MIS of all the cases including agreements, legal compliance, checklist, etc.

    Essential skills

    • comparable experience in handling legal matters with a NBFC
    • hold knowledge of Financial Law and Property Law and regulations, i.e SARFAESI Act 2002, Transfer of Property Act, Contract Act, RBI Guideline and regulations, SEBI guidelines, NHB regulations
    • analytical with strong attention to detail
    • contributor with proven ability to prioritise and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy
    • Must have excellent command over spoken and written English

    Qualification & experience

    Years of experience – 5+ years of relevant experience in non-litigation legal activities in an NBFC
