    Job Overview

    The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving sales activities in the assigned area. This includes identifying and developing new business opportunities, ensuring sales targets are met, and implementing effective sales strategies. The role is based in Delhi, Delhi, India and is a full-time position. The ideal candidate should have 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar role
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
    • In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and marketing strategies
    • Ability to analyze market trends and competitors' activities
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Good organizational and time management skills
    • Self-motivated and target-driven
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned area
    • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
    • Monitor and analyse market trends and competitors' activities
    • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management
    • Train and mentor sales representatives in the area
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any customer issues
