- Establish and nurture strong relationships with Channel Partners (CPs) in the Western Suburbs of real estate market.
- Collaborate with CPs to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring a mutually beneficial partnership
- Drive the sourcing team in acquiring high-quality leads from Channel Partners.
- Develop strategies to maximize lead generation and conversion rates
- Building Relationships with Customers and Channel Partners
- Generating sales through the existing customers, events, exhibitions and channel partners.
- Competition analysis including tracking of new launches by the competitors in the Super Luxury segment on a regular basis and working out appropriate strategies to tackle competition.
- Interfacing with Channel Partners / financial institutions for organizing road shows and other sales promotional activities.
- Maintaining visibility in the Ultra HNI network.
- Evaluate new channels of communication, invest in building relationships and maintain productivity.
- Nurture, grow and develop long term relationships with Channel Partners and connect with Customers.
- Interfacing with channel partners / IPCs on a regular basis, updating them on Sales plans and ensuring their effective engagement
- Engaging with the customers through periodical events, sharing updates with them on a regular basis, resolving their grievances & generating further leads through them
- Interface with financial institutions in devising effective financing plans
- Coordinating with the Marketing communications team for updating Brochures and other relevant Collaterals. / service providers for outdoor advertising, designing and printing of Brochures
- Lead and oversee the Sourcing Team, providing guidance and direction to ensure effective performance.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team
- Drive the sourcing team in acquiring high-quality leads from Channel Partners.
- Innovate and create compelling offers and incentives to motivate Channel Partners and enhance lead generation
- Regularly evaluate and update offers to stay competitive in the Western Suburbs market
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate landscape in Western Mumbai
- Utilize market insights to tailor strategies for enhanced lead sourcing
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sourcing team, ensuring consistent achievement of targets.
- Implement strategies for continuous improvement based on performance metrics. Collaboration with Other Departments
- Work closely with other departments, including Sales and Marketing, to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of initiatives
