    Role:
    Level - Senior Management

    Salary Range - 35L - 40 L (bracket consideration depending on experience)


    Job Description:

    Channel Partner Relationship Management:

    • Establish and nurture strong relationships with Channel Partners (CPs) in the Western Suburbs of real estate market.
    • Collaborate with CPs to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring a mutually beneficial partnership

    Lead Generation:

    • Drive the sourcing team in acquiring high-quality leads from Channel Partners.
    • Develop strategies to maximize lead generation and conversion rates
    • Building Relationships with Customers and Channel Partners

    Sales Operations :

    • Generating sales through the existing customers, events, exhibitions and channel partners.
    • Competition analysis including tracking of new launches by the competitors in the Super Luxury segment on a regular basis and working out appropriate strategies to tackle competition.
    • Interfacing with Channel Partners / financial institutions for organizing road shows and other sales promotional activities.
    • Maintaining visibility in the Ultra HNI network.
    • Evaluate new channels of communication, invest in building relationships and maintain productivity.
    • Nurture, grow and develop long term relationships with Channel Partners and connect with Customers.
    • Interfacing with channel partners / IPCs on a regular basis, updating them on Sales plans and ensuring their effective engagement
    • Engaging with the customers through periodical events, sharing updates with them on a regular basis, resolving their grievances & generating further leads through them
    • Interface with financial institutions in devising effective financing plans
    • Coordinating with the Marketing communications team for updating Brochures and other relevant Collaterals. / service providers for outdoor advertising, designing and printing of Brochures

    Leadership and Team Management:

    • Lead and oversee the Sourcing Team, providing guidance and direction to ensure effective performance.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team
    Lead Generation


    • Drive the sourcing team in acquiring high-quality leads from Channel Partners.
    Develop strategies to maximize lead generation and conversion rates


    New Offer Creation:

    • Innovate and create compelling offers and incentives to motivate Channel Partners and enhance lead generation
    • Regularly evaluate and update offers to stay competitive in the Western Suburbs market

    Market Analysis:

    • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate landscape in Western Mumbai
    • Utilize market insights to tailor strategies for enhanced lead sourcing

    Performance Metrics:

    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sourcing team, ensuring consistent achievement of targets.
    • Implement strategies for continuous improvement based on performance metrics. Collaboration with Other Departments
    • Work closely with other departments, including Sales and Marketing, to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of initiatives
