    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the Costing department, providing guidance and support to team members
    • Inventory Valuation and review of Slow-moving inventory
    • Comply with applicable of cost rules, maintain necessary cost records and ensure timely completion of cost audit
    • To review manufacturing overheads and act as interface between manufacturing locations and HO accounts to workout CCPC rates for all products
    • Coordinate during quarterly, / half yearly and annual audit and provide necessary data to statutory auditor for timely completion of audit
    • Comply with DPCO, NPPA and related regulations and ensure timely submissions and sharing of information with authority and management
    • Handling the audit and litigation related to NPPA/DPCO
    • Preparation of division wise & Plant wise material consumption report
    • Deep dive Analyze of fixed cost & variable cost expenses vs Budget and LY and providing reason for variance
    • Involved in MIS reports for giving information about costs; monitoring various overheads and achieving maximum cost control in operations without affecting the operations
    • Implement and work with a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports to provide insight to senior management on project performance and drive margins
    • Monthly Activity run for CO modules. (WIP settlement, Variance Analysis and Overhead absorption)
    • Review of Transfer Price along with Procurement team
    • Develop a model for Costing and pricing of product
    • Product wise Gross Margin analysis
    • Activity rate working and maintenance in SAP for CO Module
    • Working for Annual Cost Audit and filing of the same

    Education Background and Experience: ICWAI with total 10 years of experience. Good knowledge of NPPA regulations & compliance and pharmaceutical costing & pricing.
