    Description

    Company Information:

    Medikabazaar is India's largest B2B healthtech platform for medical equipment and supplies. We aim to transform the healthcare supply chain by leveraging technology and innovative thinking.

    We recently raised $75MM in a Series C investment led by Creaegis along with CDC group. Some of our other investors are Belgium based Ackermans & van Haaren (AvH), HealthQuad Advisors, Japan-based Rebright Partners, Kois Holdings and Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group.

    About the role and responsibilities

    1. Provide legal, financial, and/or strategic advice during and outside of meetings.
    2. Report to the CFO/CEO and often liaise with board members.
    3. Prepare agendas and papers for board meetings, committees, and annual general meetings (AGMs) and follow up on action points.
    4. Ensure policies, regulatory, or statutory changes that might affect the organization are up to date and approved by the committee/board.
    5. Maintain statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries
    6. Secretarial & Legal Matters, Accounting and costing along with Taxation matters.
    7. Handle correspondence, collate information, write reports and communicate decisions to relevant company stakeholders.
    8. Liaise with external regulators and advisers such as lawyers and auditors.

    Desired Skills and Functional Experience:

    • Education qualification - CA and CS
    • Good to have : 10+ years of work experience with Pharma, Healthcare, E-commerce, listed company.
    • Experience working with the pharma industry would be a big plus.
