    Description

    Position: Franchise Development Executive | Business Development Executive

    Summary: As a Franchise Development Executive for our esteemed gym, you will be a key player in expanding our brand's presence by generating franchise leads, signing new franchisees, and providing comprehensive support to them before the opening of their gym clubs. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential franchise partners, guide them through the on boarding process, and ensure they receive all necessary assistance and resources for a successful gym launch. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and success of our gym's franchise network.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Franchise Lead Generation:

    Proactively identify potential franchise partners through market research, networking, and outreach.

    Create and implement strategies to attract qualified individuals interested in becoming gym franchisees.

    Respond to inquiries and provide information to potential franchisees about the benefits and requirements of our franchise program.

    2. Franchise Sales and On boarding:

    Conduct introductory meetings and presentations with prospective franchisees to showcase the advantages of joining our gym franchise network.

    Guide interested individuals through the franchise application and on boarding process, ensuring they meet the necessary criteria.

    Collaborate with legal and financial teams to facilitate the timely completion of franchise agreements and documentation.

    3. Franchise Support and Training:

    Provide comprehensive support to new franchisees during the pre-opening phase, assisting them in setting up their gym clubs.

    Coordinate and deliver training programs to franchisees and their staff on gym operations, customer service, and brand standards.

    Address any concerns or queries raised by franchisees promptly and professionally.

    4. Relationship Management:

    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees to foster loyalty and retention within the franchise network.

    Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees, offering ongoing support and guidance as needed.

    Conduct regular check-ins with franchisees to assess their performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

    5. Market Analysis and Strategy:

    Conduct market analysis and assess potential locations for new gym clubs in collaboration with the operations and marketing teams.

    Develop localized strategies to target specific regions and demographics to maximize franchise growth.

    6. Reporting and Documentation:

    Maintain accurate records of franchise leads, interactions, and progress using CRM software or other designated tools.

    Generate regular reports on franchise development activities, achievements, and challenges for management review.

    Qualifications: Graduation

    Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in franchise development or a related field, preferably within the fitness or retail industry.

    Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with potential franchisees.

    Strong organizational and project management abilities to oversee the on boarding process.

    Understanding of the franchise business model and knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

    Ability to travel as required to meet with potential franchise partners and support existing franchisees.

    Salary: The salary for this position ranges from Rs. 20,000 to 30,000 per Month, depending on qualifications and experience.
