- Develop and implement strategies to optimize search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, focusing on driving performance and achieving business objectives.
- Plan, execute, and manage search advertising campaigns across various search engines, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Yahoo Gemini.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy optimization, and bid management to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and return on ad spend (ROAS), and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Analyze search trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and insights for campaign optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, analytics, and account management, to develop integrated marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates related to search engine marketing, sharing insights and recommendations with internal teams and clients.
- Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in search engine marketing (SEM) or paid search advertising, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of search engine platforms, algorithms, and best practices, including Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Proficiency in search marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads Editor, Bing Ads Editor, and Google Analytics.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Certifications in Google Ads or other search engine advertising platforms preferred.
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Planning, executing, and optimizing search advertising campaigns.
- Data Analysis: Analyzing campaign performance metrics and providing actionable insights.
- Communication: Presenting performance reports and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
