Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at Rankmantra. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and converting them into sales. This is a full-time position based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. The ideal candidate for this role should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and possess excellent communication and convincing skills.

Qualifications and Skills

1-3 years of experience in sales
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
Ability to work well in a team
Knowledge of IT services and solutions is a plus
Experience in lead generation is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

Generate new business leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
Understand client needs and present appropriate IT solutions
Negotiate and close sales deals
Meet and exceed sales targets
Provide excellent customer service and support
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
