    • Establishand maintain a highquality resumedatabase.
    • Prepareconcise summaries highlighting candidates suitability for specificjobopenings.
    • Createand post job listings on websites and portals to attract suitableapplicants.
    • Provideongoing support and communication to candidates throughout thehiringprocess.
    • Visitclients to understand their staffing needs and foster strongrelationships.

    JobPurpose:As an HR Advisory firm the primary objective is to maintain aquality resume database to effectively match clients with suitablecandidates.

    KeyDuties:

    • Engagewith candidates throughout the hiring process to keep them informedof nextsteps.
    • Sourcepotential candidates using various channels such as job boardssocial media andnetworking.
    • Reviewresumes conduct initial screenings and assess candidatessuitability forroles.
    • Coordinateand schedule interviews between candidates andclients.
    • Gatherfeedback from clients and candidates to enhance the recruitmentprocess.
    • Assistin negotiating offers between clients andcandidates.
    • Maintainaccurate candidate records in the companydatabase.
    • Stayupdated on industry trends and best practices to advise clientseffectively.


    Requirements

    Requirements:

    Education:Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration orrelatedfield.
    Experience:01 Years Previous experience in HR recruitment orclientfacing roles preferred. Freshers may also apply.
    InterpersonalSkills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsto engage effectively with clients andcandidates.
    ProblemSolving:Strong problemsolving abilities to address client needs andovercome recruitmentchallenges.
    OrganizationalSkills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritizeworkloadeffectively.

    Weare assisting large and emerging companies by finding the righttalent at leadership level. We help organizational building byhiring CXO and mid to senior level management. We develop andimplement organization chart and help management in implementingthe organization chart. We take assignment to do gap analysis andprovide corporate trainer to train the leadership based on gapanalysis. We provide interim HR support and build HR department asper the need of the organization. We do compensation bench markingand drive communication strategyinternally.

    Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,Business Administration, or related field.
