    Job Title: Enterprise – Inside Sales Executive

    Years of Experience: 4 – 7 years

    Location: Bangalore/Mumbai/Delhi/Chennai

    Role Summary:

    We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Enterprise Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities within enterprise accounts, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Inside sales, excellent communication skills, exceptional account research skills, and a strong understanding of enterprise solutions.

    What will you do?

    • Prospect, qualify, and generate new sales leads within enterprise accounts through outbound calls, email campaigns, and social selling techniques.
    • Understand client needs and pain points to effectively position our products and services as solutions to their business challenges.
    • Collaborate with sales managers and account executives to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
    • Present product capabilities to potential customers, effectively showcasing the value proposition of our solutions.
    • Answering potential customers questions and sending responses and clarifications over email
    • Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software.
    • Staying informed about competing products and services.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
    • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual Qualified leads target and conversion.
    • Connect and build rapport with C Suite of major Enterprises in the regions of responsibility.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 5+ years' experience in Inside sales
    • Understanding of BSFI products and services, including banking platforms, financial software, and insurance solutions.
    • Proven track record in inside sales, preferably within the enterprise sector.
    • Strong understanding of sales techniques and the ability to tailor pitches based on audience.
    • Strong understanding of enterprise solutions, including software, hardware, and cloud-based services.
    • Experience in SaaS/IT sales will be a plus.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and sales automation tools including MS office tools.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
    • Good presentation skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under stress.
