    Nivaan care is hiring for candidates for inside sales department.

    We are looking to welcome an Business Development Executive/Associate to join a revolutionary pain-management venture that we have incubated in the pain-management category. The enrolment expert will be a key part of the sales team, being the source to drive revenue growth by pursuing program sales opportunities, negotiating deals with potential patients, and ensuring the company's broader vision and goal.

    Here is a snapshot of the responsibilities:

    • Understanding the patient's problems in depth and answering queries related to patient requirements.
    • Advising patients about the services through structured discussions and convincing them of our program benefits crafted as per their requirements.
    • Managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing while ensuring max conversions.
    • Collaborating with the care management team post-closure of the sales process.
    • Developing and executing sales strategies that align with the company's overall business goals.
    • Collecting and updating the required patient data in CRM, while ensuring the complete accuracy of all patient records..

    Requirements

    FreshersPrevious experience in Health care is a Plus

    Candidate must have a minimum 0 to 4 years of experience in healthcare sales or business development.

    Location - Gurgaon

    Female candidates preferred
