    Oversees the technical support of company customers by field engineers, technicians, and support specialists, who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing one or more of the following: complex electro/mechanical equipment, sophisticated computer systems, software systems/applications, or networking and wireless networking systems.

    Supervises engineers that respond to situations where standard procedures have failed to isolate or fix problems in non-functioning equipment systems or software.

    Establishes and maintains lines of communication with design engineering and software development on design, reliability, and maintenance issues.

    Ensures that engineers are current with the latest upgrades and/or new releases.

    May be involved in customer installation and training programs.

    Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

    What you'll be doing

    Experience: 10+ years of experience in Security domain

    Skill:

    • Strong knowledge in Firewall, Load Balancer, common security issues including, malware, viruses, ransomware, and host intrusion
    • Good knowledge of network, DAM (Imperva), WAF
    • Awareness about anti malware solution Opswat

    Certification: CISSP/CISM/CISA

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for overall management of Network-Security and DAM solution
    • Maintain and improve mechanisms for risk assessment through the solution and disseminate feedback to other internal security team
    • Service Improvement Plans & Problem Management Meeting scheduling with OEMs
    • Establish continuous process improvement cycles where the process performance, activities, roles and responsibilities, policies, procedures and supporting technology is reviewed and enhanced where applicable
    • Adhere to all policies and procedures of client
    • Maintain effective liaison, support and assistance between other security teams of the client
    • Assess effectiveness of infrastructure security controls
    • Contribute to the future state of the information security strategy
    • Works independently applying in-depth knowledge of multiple Information Security technologies mentioned in skill requirement
    • Have a technical consulting background and experience driving programs via communicating and influencing internal stakeholders, external customers, partners, system owners, and/or technology partners
    • Must have a strong understanding of security/cyber principles and associated technology risk management
