    Description

    We are hiring AssociateDirector Oracle Finance Techno functional consultant for our clientat ChennaiIndia.

    Roles andResponsibilities:

    • Documentand analyze new and changed business requirements and performfit/gap analysis visvis Oracle FusionApplications
    • Provide functional andtechnofunctional consulting and advice to development team as theybuild/enhance OIC middleware integrations and OTBI and BI Publisherreports.
    • Manage and address support ticketsprovide leadership and guidance to support team members and endusers.
    • Support month end closingprocess.
    • Work with Oracle support to resolvesystem availability performance and application functionalityissues through Oracle SRs and our business contacts and escalationpoints of contacts.
    • Lead analysis of Oraclequarterly upgrade mandatory and optional changes and work withbusiness to plan forimplementation/rollout.
    • Perform periodic reviewof Oracle Fusion product roadmap and identify fitment into companyCFO business processes gaps andrequirements.
    • Minimum 12years work experience
    • Minimum of 2 3 years ofcurrent Oracle Cloud transformation experience in a functionaladvisory or consulting role
    • Minimum of 2 fulllifecycle Oracle Cloud Financialsimplementations
    • General Ledger Record to Reportflow.
    • Payables (Invoice Processing andPayments) Invoice to Payments flow.
    • Receivables(Billing Cash App Collections) Invoice to Cashflow.
    • Fixed Assets Acquire to Retireflow.
    • Cash Management Lease Accounting ReceiptAccounting (preferred)
    • Knowledge of backenddata structure of the above modules
    • OTBI andOracle BI Publisher understands data models and reporttemplates.
    • FBDI Upload/Import processes for theabove modules experienced with Fusion FinancialsConversion
    • Must have experience workingdirectly with the client gatheringrequirements.
    • Must have experience from afunctional perspective with focus on implementing Oracle ERP Cloudmodules including facilitating global design workshops businessprocess analysis and system integration. Direct interaction withclients providing subject matter guidance and training ensuringthat the implementation follows established practice configurationprinciples. Supports the delivery team with expertise in Oracle ERPCloud product suite and by providing implementation support bugfixes and customer support.
    • Lead coach andadvise a small project team in addition to managing theirperformance (depending upon the structure of aproject)
    • Give clients options for designs usingprototypes.
    • Set up document and test the Oraclesystem; understand and apply Oraclemethodologies.
    • Work with clients andstakeholders to make sure they get where they want togo
