    Job Overview

    We are looking for a talented Inside Sales Specialist to join our team at RankBloc Services. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by generating new leads, nurturing prospects, and closing deals. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India with a junior level experience requirement of 1 to 3 years.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or a related role
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
    • Strong knowledge and experience in cold calling techniques
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
    • Familiarity with CRM software, preferably
    • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes
    • Self-motivated and result-oriented
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, and social media
    • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly sales targets
    • Nurture leads and build relationships with prospects to drive sales conversions
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
    • Handle sales inquiries and provide prompt and effective resolutions
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
    • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities
    • Utilize or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer relationships
    • Participate in trade shows and networking events to generate leads and promote the company's services
