    Now thecompany is scaling its activities on commercial technicalregulatory operations and manufacturing fronts and we are lookingfor a Clinical Operations Lead who can help facilitate this growthcreating processes structure andsystems.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    Act as subjectmatter expert for various AI model development initiatives forseveral ocular and systemic diseases
    Ensure monitoring oftrials examine the clinical trial data for subject safety and dataintegrity do site visits when required
    Contribute to thedevelopment review and approval of clinical study documentsincluding but not limited to informed consent forms (ICF)investigators brochure (IB) clinical study protocol eCRFs andregulatory documents
    Streamline the process ofophthalmology grading services supervise the team and ensure thetimely delivery of reports to patients
    Author StandardOperating Procedures (SOPs) and conduct trainings to team membersempowering them with knowledge andskills

    Minimum EducationalRequirements:
    MBBS DNB/MSOphthalmology
    Experience: 25 years
    Exceptionalorganizational skills and ability to deal with competing prioritiesalso strong reasoning and problemsolving ability
    Excellentcommunication (written and verbal) and presentation skills alongwith leadershipqualities
