    PositionOverview:We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Lead with a proventrack record in overseeing internal IT server management backupsolutions storage infrastructure and cloud platforms (specificallyAWS) Active Directory Firewall and Vendor management. The idealcandidate will also possess expertise in managing Office 365environments and leading effective technical support teams. Thisrole requires a strategic thinker a strong leader and a handsonprofessional with at least 7 years of experience in IToperations.

    Responsibilities:

    1.ITInfrastructureManagement:

    oOverseethe design implementation and maintenance of Internal ITinfrastructure to ensure optimal performance reliability andsecurity.

    oManageserver configurations updates and troubleshooting to meet businessrequirements.

    2.BackupandRecovery:

    oImplementand manage backup and recovery solutions to safeguard criticaldata.

    oDevelopand test backup strategies to ensure data integrity andavailability in case of systemfailures.

    3.Office365Administration:

    oOverseethe administration and support of Office 365 including ExchangeOnline SharePoint andTeams.

    oCollaboratewith teams to ensure seamless integration and user support forOffice 365applications.

    4.SecurityandCompliance:

    oCollaboratewith the security team to implement and maintain security bestpractices across server storage and cloudenvironments.

    oEnsurecompliance with industry standards and regulations in IToperations.

    5.VendorManagement

    oDevelopand maintain relationships with external IT vendors and serviceproviders including software vendors hardware suppliers cloudservice providers and managed serviceproviders.

    oCollaboratewith internal stakeholders including IT teams procurement legal andfinance to define requirements evaluate vendor proposals andnegotiate contracts and service level agreements(SLAs).

    oManagevendor contracts including renewals amendments and terminations andensure compliance with contractual terms andconditions.

    6.ActiveDirectory

    oManageand maintain the companys Active Directory infrastructure includingdomain controllers forests domains and trusts to ensure optimalperformance availability andsecurity.

    oDesignimplement and manage AD group policies organizational units (OUs)and user and group objects to enforce security policies and accesscontrols.

    oIndepthknowledge of Active Directory architecture design andadministration including DNS DHCP Group Policy andLDAP.

    oExperiencewith identity and access management (IAM) technologies such asActive Directory Federation Services (AD FS) Azure Active Directory(Azure AD) andSAML.

    7.Internal ITFirewall and VPNmanagement

    oDesignimplement and manage the companys firewall infrastructure includingperimeter firewalls internal firewalls and web applicationfirewalls (WAFs) to ensure the security and integrity of ourinternal IT networkenvironment.

    oDevelopand maintain firewall policies rulesets and access control lists(ACLs) to enforce security policies and regulatory compliancerequirements.

    oFamiliaritywith security frameworks and standards such as NIST ISO 27001 andPCIDSS.


    Requirements


    Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or relatedfield.

    Minimumof 7 years of experience in IT operations with a focus on serverbackup storage cloud (AWS) Active Directory IAM Firewall and techsupportmanagement.

    Provenexperience in designing and managing Internal ITinfrastructures.

    Handsonexperience with firewall platforms such as Cisco ASA Palo AltoNetworks Check Point orFortinet.

    Expertisein implementing and managing backup and recoverysolutions.

    Strongknowledge of AD services and bestpractices.

    Strongunderstanding of network protocols routing and switching as well asTCP/IP DNS DHCP and VPNtechnologies.

    Experiencein Office 365 administration including Exchange Online SharePointandTeams.

    Demonstratedleadership skills in managing technical supportteams.

    Relevantcertifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect MicrosoftCertified: Modern Desktop Administrator or others arepreferred.

    Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to workeffectively with technical and nontechnicalstakeholders.
