- Graduate preferably BA/BBA/ or Post Graduate MA/MBA/ from reputed institute.

- Event Approvals:
- Adhering to Global Brand Guidelines and Risk Clearance
- Maintaining Events Trackers:
- Ensure optimal brand visibility at events
- Extend support on branding and event logistics for marquee internal events like All India Partner's Meet, Managaer & Senior Manager Meets, Town halls, Webinars, etc.
- Managing all sectors, service lines for Internal or Third Party / association events in terms of setup, branding and technical support
- Central coordination between various verticals - Design, Social Media, Int. / Ext. Communication and the service lines to ensure timely completion of job and creating and controlling for the success of the event.
- Tracking and doing a due diligence of all events where the firm participates,
- Evaluation of all new Event requests safeguarding firm's quality in participation
- Reaching out to various subject experts to participate and influence positive impact on the agenda.
- Responsible for following all global brand guidelines on internal and external event branding. Taking all clearances from Risk to ensure a fair balance of Audit and Non Audit Clients before entering into any agreements.
- Regularly update the events calendar (tracking footprints).
- Year -end event analysis for focus sectors, corridors and service lines to streamline the firm's outreach initiatives.
- Mailers - Informing ILT / Sector head and OMP's of all upcoming events across regions.
- Guide multiple disciplinary teams for partnership events with associated bodies to ensure brand visibility, positioning our thought leadership and speakers at the event.
- Laisse with other market's functions to enhance visibility across media, internal communications and priority clients.
