    Job Overview

    As an Inside Sales Specialist at KAIG Group, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets. This role is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual with less than 1 year of experience in sales. You will be part of a motivated sales team and have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the company.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in sales
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Knowledge of CRM software, such as
    • Proficiency in cold calling and lead generation
    • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
    • Experience or knowledge in the commercial real estate industry is a plus

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers
    • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions
    • Achieve sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline
    • Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries or complaints
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns
    • Attend trade shows and industry events to promote products and generate leads
    • Utilize CRM software, such as , to track and manage sales activities
    • Prepare sales reports and presentations for management
