    Job Title: Export Sales Manager

    Overview: The Export Sales Manager is a key member of our sales team responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive export sales growth in target markets. This role involves managing the export sales process from lead generation to order fulfillment, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving revenue targets. The Export Sales Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless operations and deliver exceptional service to our international cliefnts.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
    • Conduct market research to identify potential export markets and assess market trends, competition, and opportunities.
    • Develop comprehensive export sales strategies and plans aligned with company objectives.
    • Identify key target customers and segments within each market and develop tailored sales approaches.
    1. Lead Generation and Pipeline Management:
    • Generate leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, trade shows, and digital marketing efforts.
    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through CRM software.
    • Qualify leads and prioritize opportunities based on revenue potential and strategic fit.
    1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for export customers, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues promptly.
    • Understand client needs and preferences to tailor solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.
    1. Sales Execution and Revenue Generation:
    • Drive sales growth by negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with customers.
    • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to win new business.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives for export markets, consistently driving revenue growth.
    1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product development, logistics, and finance to ensure alignment and support for export sales initiatives.
    • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any shipment issues.
    1. Market Expansion and New Business Development:
    • Explore opportunities for market expansion and penetration into new geographic regions or product segments.
    • Identify and evaluate potential partners, distributors, and agents to expand sales reach.
    • Lead negotiations and establish partnerships to drive business growth.
    1. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis for management review.
    • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to management for future planning and decision-making.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven track record of success in export sales or international business development roles.
    • Strong understanding of export regulations, customs procedures, and international trade practices.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to travel internationally as needed.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
    • Fluency in multiple languages may be advantageous depending on target markets.
