    Fluid Process Solutions (FPS) is a Delhi-based company that provides innovative solutions for fluid processing with maximum efficiency and production capacities. We specialize in providing the latest, technologically advanced, and productive mixing equipment for the liquid and semi-solid processing industry. Our solutions include Industrial Agitators, High-Speed Dispersers, High-Shear Homogenizers, Mixing Vessels, Storage Tanks and Kettles, and GRC/GFRC Mixers. We cater to various industries and have engaged with multiple sectors globally.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at FPS. The Sales and Marketing Specialist would be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as managing customer accounts, lead generation, sales training, market analysis, and developing marketing strategies. This role requires liaising with potential clients and regular interaction with team members. The position is based in Hyderabad.

    Qualifications

    • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
    • High level of comfort with Sales and Sales Management
    • Experience in conducting Training and Development programs
    • Strong Analytical and Market Research skills
    • Experience in working in the Process Equipment Industry
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing role
    • Experience in International Sales and Marketing would be an added advantage
    • Knowledge of Industries like Food, Pharma, Chemical, Agro-Chemical, Paints & Coatings
