    • TechnicalSupport/Service Desk Agent L1 will be the part of Global SupportTeam supporting the Client Full Time Employees Vendors/Contractorsvia voice/ email /chat.
    • Goodexperience in handling the issues related to outlook MS team VNPOffice 365 internet connectivity password resetting and servicenowticketingtool.
    • Actsas single point of contact for all IT relatedissues.
    • Providesstatus and updates on tickets to authorizedusers
    • Adherenceto policies and procedures closure of open calls afterresolution.
    • Attemptsto resolve the defined inquiries while on the telephone to meet theagreed upon Service Level for First CallResolution
    • Identifyingthe issue and categorizing / prioritize theincident
