    MBA from Premier B-School, with 4-8 year experience

    Rich experience in E-Commerce role while managing key accounts independently

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Building a Strong E-commerce Presence: Develop and execute strategies to establish a strong presence for your brands on the designated E-commerce platforms. Utilize merchandising techniques and lead indicators to optimize product visibility and drive sales.
    2. New Launches and Product Ideas: Actively participate in ideation sessions for new product launches, bundles, and promotions. Take ownership of the execution process, ensuring seamless implementation and alignment with overall business objectives.
    3. Way of Working Implementation: Implement standardized processes and guidelines for E-commerce operations, ensuring consistency and efficiency. Establish a thorough review mechanism to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
    4. Sales Tracking and Improvement: Monitor daily and weekly sales performance across E-commerce accounts, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Develop strategies to enhance sales and achieve targets.
    5. Revenue and Budget Management: Take responsibility for driving revenue growth while managing costs and budgets effectively. Develop and execute strategies to optimize profitability while ensuring alignment with financial targets.
    6. Portfolio Expansion: Actively seek opportunities to expand the portfolio of platforms dealing with your brands. Identify and onboard new E-commerce partners to broaden the reach and distribution of your products.
    7. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of sell-out and stock data in relevant formats. Use this data to inform decision-making and optimize inventory management.
    8. Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with marketing heads to allocate digital marketing budgets effectively and implement initiatives to promote your category. Take ownership of content creation and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
    9. Online Strategy Development: Develop and execute online strategies for key sub-categories within your portfolio. Identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
    10. Achieving Targets: Take full responsibility for achieving top-line revenue targets and sell-out/primary targets for your category across all E-commerce accounts. Monitor performance closely and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are met.
    11. Overall Business Management: Be fully accountable for all commercial, operational, and other related aspects of the business. Lead cross-functional teams to drive alignment and collaboration towards common business goal
