    Description
    Urgently hiring for AccountManager Mumbai Background : Logistic Industry must beRequired Years of Experience: 5years Location : Mumbai Andheri Language Preferred :Tamilian JobDescription: Manage and oversee the daily operations of theaccounting department including accounts payable accountsreceivable and general ledger functions. Prepare and analyze financial reportsincluding monthly financial statements budget variance analysis andcash flow projections. Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoicespayments and expense reports. Monitor and reconcile bank statements accounts andtransactions. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamlineaccounting processes and improve financial controls. Develop and implement financialpolicies procedures and internal controls to ensure compliance withregulatory requirements and industry standards. Co ordinate with audits toidentify discrepancies and ensure accuracy of financialrecords. Staycurrent with accounting regulations industry trends and bestpractices to recommend improvements and optimize financialperformance.

    Qualifications: Bachelors degree in AccountingFinance or related field. More than 7 years of progressive experience inaccounting or financial management preferably in the logisticsindustry. Proficiency in accounting software and MicrosoftExcel. Stronganalytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data andtrends. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability tocollaborate effectively across departments. Detailoriented with a high degree ofaccuracy and integrity. Ability to prioritize tasks meet deadlines and workunder pressure in a fastpaced environment. Knowledge of regulatoryrequirements and accountingprinciples.
