    Job Details

    We're looking for Salesforce Administrators to enhance and innovate within our CRM system. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for career growth within the expansive Salesforce ecosystem.

    Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions, customizing and automating processes to streamline operations across various departments.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and deliver creative CRM solutions that align with business goals.
  • Provide daily support to users, managing system configurations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal platform functionality.
  • Lead initiatives to reduce technical debt by optimizing Salesforce operations and configurations.
  • Develop and execute testing strategies for new features and updates, ensuring high-quality software delivery.
  • Maintain rigorous documentation for system configurations, business processes, and training materials.
  • Manage data security and access controls within Salesforce, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
  • Conduct training sessions for users on reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Stay updated on new Salesforce features and functionalities, advocating for and implementing process improvements.

    • Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce/CRM roles, with a strong background in Salesforce Lightning Components and data management tools such as DataLoader and Workbench.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with a detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Experience in Agile environments, with a preference for those knowledgeable in Scrum.
  • A proactive team player who is self-motivated and excels in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

    • Preferred

  • Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications.
  • Experience in DevOps, release management, and APEX coding is beneficial.

    • All Technementals Innovation India Private Limited employees must be eligible to work in India.
