Description
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth for the Rx vertical.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product differentiation and market expansion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including healthcare providers, pharmacies, and distributors, to drive product adoption and market penetration.
Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and deliver superior customer service.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, and other departments to ensure alignment of commercial strategies and tactics.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market share data, and customer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and sales initiatives.
Prepare and present business reviews, sales forecasts, and performance reports to senior management on a regular basis.Requirements:
5+ Years of experience
Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets, driving market share growth, and leading high-performing teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
