- Franchise Growth Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to expand our franchise network across India, identifying and targeting potential franchisees.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels including digital marketing, networking, and industry events.
- Prospect Management: Manage the entire franchise sales process from initial inquiry to final agreement ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Franchise Support: Provide continuous support and guidance to franchisees for successful operation and compliance with company standards.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in different regions.
- Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, educational institutions, and key stakeholders to promote our educational programs.
- Events and Workshops: Plan and conduct community outreach events, workshops, and seminars to raise awareness about our centers and the benefits of our courses.
- Partnership Development: Establish partnerships with local organizations, NGOs, and government agencies to enhance our community presence and impact.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from the community to enhance our offerings and better meet the audience's needs.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent our values and mission in all community interactions, acting as a brand ambassador for RABS Prayas Foundation.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise development, sales, or community outreach, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability in developing and executing strategic plans.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
