    Description:

    The Business Development Manager (Hunter) for IT Staffing has the primary responsibility for establishing strategic priorities for the revenue growth through the acquisition of new business. The primary focus will be establishing new customer relationships. This includes establishing near and short-term plans in conjunction with the management team to achieve the company's goals while creating a strong value-based brand with the customer base.

    The role requires identifying and cultivating relationships with potential clients, conducting market research, developing and executing sales strategies, and negotiating contracts.

    Responsibilities:

    • Business Development Manager (Hunter) will be held accountable for consistently increasing revenue through the acquisition of new business and drive customer relationships into multimillion-dollar engagements.
    • Responsible for quickly building a book of business from your existing contacts for IT Staffing roles.
    • Partner with recruiting teams to ensure delivery to customer requisitions.
    • Maintain consistency and integrity of data.
    • Partner with recruiting to schedule a qualify call in order to gain accurate job descriptions and understand company requirements and cultures so that an accurate match can be made.
    • Research potential new business and current customers.
    • Responsible for ensuring completion of all required sales reports and detailed documentation, including timely entry of data.
    • Focus business development and diversification in keeping with regional and national strategy.
    • Responsible for ensuring the creation and maintenance of business plans utilizing CRM, with targeted new accounts and completely mapped territories and calendars.

    Key Qualifications:

    • 5+ years' experience servicing, supporting, developing, and generating new business and major accounts in IT Staffing.
    • Must have capabilities to generate business from inception and deliver a result usually with a higher value on profit and margin.
    • Recruiting experience - highly preferred.
    • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Extensive Staffing sales experience in a services environment preferred.
    • Strong Technical Staffing experience preferably in IT is highly preferred.
    • Maintain active participation and membership in networking and niche IT organizations.
    • Meet all minimum requirements for weekly appointment activity and revenue growth.
    • Meet with Manager, and inside staff on a regular basis to communicate all customer service priorities and business/sales opportunities.
    • Provide information on customers or prospects for bids and proposals within assigned territory.
