    Job Description

    We are looking for an Social Media Marketing Specialist who will Contributes to the marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire customers.

    Responsibilities:-

    • Develop and execute innovative social media strategies tailored to our Target Audience.
    • Develop and curate engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, .
    • Repurpose and promote blog articles, videos, and other assets on social media channels.
    • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, images, videos, and other multimedia content.
    • Assist in the development of the overall social media strategy and calendar in alignment with the company's marketing goals and objectives.
    • Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to refine and optimize the social media strategy.
    • Monitor and engage with followers, comments, and messages across social media platforms, fostering meaningful conversations and responding to inquiries promptly.
    • Implement strategies to grow the company's social media followers, reach, and engagement.
    • Regularly track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance and achieve KPIs.
    • Use social media analytics tools to assess the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • The Social Media Executive must know how to make Simple Creatives /Videos
    • Medium Skill in Graphic Designing (canva would do)
    • Online reputation monitoring social media, review sites, forums, blogs and other online platforms to track mentions of our brand, products, and key personnel.
