    Job Description

    • To develop product strategy and roadmap for video surveillance products and solutions.
    • To drive the implementation of the business development strategies across South and West regions of India
    • Liaison with leading System Integrators at a senior level.
    • To originate and close new business opportunities.
    • Liaison with consultants, customers-enterprise and government.
    • Conduct competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify market opportunities and create a differentiated product offering.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing,and customer support, to align product development efforts with business goals.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute product launches, including marketing campaigns, sales collateral, and product documentation.
    • Provide training and support to the sales and customer support teams to ensure they have a deep understanding of the product and its benefits.

    Skills & Experience Requirements

    • A proven track record in a business development or sales role, achieving sales in a demanding environment. Minimum 5 years as a Product Manager or similar role in the technology or Security industry, with a focus on CCTV Cameras, video surveillance solutions.
    • Extensive experience of CCTV and associated technologies, in particular presenting relevant solutions to end users and consultants/specifiers.
    • Must have a knowledge of the market, main channels and potential customers within the electronic security market.
    • Previous experience working for a CCTV manufacturer would be beneficial, but not essential.
    • Good understanding of new technologies, especially network video systems and their topology.
    • Intermediate & Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel.
    • A desire to make a positive impact on the market and brand recognition
    • Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships with both internal company Directors / colleagues and key clients.
    • Ability to demonstrate independent thinking and good clear judgement.
    • Ability to demonstrate motivation of teams to achieve targets.
    • A team player demonstrate success in team situations.
    • Logical and well organised with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Displays a pro-active approach and is a solution finder.
    • Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative.
    • Project Management, Product Planning, and strong communication skills required.
    • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

    Education:

    Bachelors Degree

    MBA preferred.
