    As an Inside Sales Lead at , you will play a crucial role in leading the Inside Sales team and supporting the Enterprise Sales Managers across regions.

    This role involves providing essential support in various inside sales functions, including lead generation, meeting setup, and ensuring the smooth flow of sales processes, with a specific target for setting up monthly meetings and generating qualified leads for closures.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead Generation:

    Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads through research, cold calling, networking & marketing support to contribute to the sales pipeline.


    Meeting Setup:

    Coordinate and schedule monthly meetings for Sales Managers, ensuring timely and efficient meeting logistics, and meeting a set monthly target for setting up meetings.


    Sales Support:
    Collaborate with the Inside Sales team to provide support in sales activities, including documentation, follow-up, and reporting.

    Sales Targets:
    Work closely with Sales Managers to support their efforts in meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.

    Product Knowledge:

    Develop a good understanding of our job board platform's features, benefits, and competitive advantages to assist in communicating its value proposition to prospects.


    Team Coordination:
    Collaborate effectively with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a streamlined workflow and alignment with sales strategies.

    Client Relationship Support:
    Assist in maintaining strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and support.

    Sales Reporting:

    Accurately document and maintain records of sales activities, updates, and progress in the CRM Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.


    • 5 years of experience in Inside Sales or a similar Sales role.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales support tools.
    • Selfmotivated and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Resultsoriented with a focus on supporting sales team targets and objectives.
