Ensureall Areas in the region are meeting the sales objectives
Build a high performance team.
Leadthe team to achieve the organizational objectives through propergoal setting guidance motivation & coaching.
Identify the talents in the market & then fill up thevacancy in the shortest possible time.
Developa set of key opinion leaders in the region and create a goodbusiness relationship with these customers
Meethigh value doctors and build long term relationship.
Manage brand equity and awareness amongst targetedcustomers.
Participate in strategy meetings& provide inputs to marketing department regarding thestrategy.
Work on the motivation &competence of the team and lead the team ofRBMABM/EXECUTIVE
Conduct CMEs/ SMALL ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION with KOLs and assist/guide ASM for conducting thesame in future for creative a solid customer bank.
