    Description
    We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with expertise in Python development to join our team.

    The Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of projects, managing a team of developers, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

    The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capability to lead and manage a technical team effectively.


    Key Responsibilities :

    Effective Communication :
    Demonstrate strong communication skills in interactions with clients, understanding their requirements, and providing updates on project progress.


    Troubleshooting and Problem-solving : Utilize your technical expertise in Python development to troubleshoot issues and resolve challenges encountered during the development process.


    Task Assignment :

    Take accountability for assigning tasks to the technical team, ensuring that responsibilities are clearly defined and deadlines are met.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech).
    • Minimum of 5 to 9 years of experience in Python development.
    • Strong proficiency in Python programming language and related frameworks.
    • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically.
    • Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Confidence in decisionmaking and task delegation.
    • Positive attitude, adaptable to changing requirements and challenges.
