    About CRM Services

    Client Relationship Management (CRM) is a strategic function at Sagility which caters to partnering with customers on overall account management functioning. PMO CRM Services will work closely with internal CRM leadership, Sales and other relevant stakeholders including customers (optional) for the effective functioning of the practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

    Responsibilities

    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any concerns or inquiries in a timely manner.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
    • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company goals.
    • Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks or issues to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources, resolve conflicts, and optimize project workflows.
    • Prepare regular status reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, achievements, and challenges.
    • Conduct post-project reviews to assess performance, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
    • Support business development activities, including proposal writing, client presentations, and contract negotiations.

    Qualifications

    • Degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
    • 14- 16 years+ of overall experience with 10+ years in PMO/ Account Management/ Strategic Account Management.

    Primary Skills:

    • understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
    • communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
    • organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Secondary Skills:

    • analytical skills and an ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
    • certification or equivalent preferred.
    • in the U.S Healthcare BPM/ BPS is a plus.
    • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite.
