Client serves customers worldwide. Position: BillingCoordinator I Location: Fort Myers FL33912 Duration: 6 Months Job Type: Contract Work Type: Onsite Job Description: ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Invoicing of completed work orders utilizingcompany guidelines
    • Provide phone support during lunch hours and whenshortly staffed
    • Communicate with district admin staff regardingincomplete work missing information
    • Maintain a production goal of 100 invoicesper day
    • Assistcodepartments with their work load as needed.
    • The use of proper telephoneetiquette and customer service skills a must to ensure customersatisfaction.
    • Preserve a team atmosphere by using respect and courtesyin all contact with fellow team members.
    • Maintain a professional manner at all timeswith customers Franchise Owners technicians field offices teammembers and management.
    • Other duties as required
    QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
    • Invoicing experience
    • Excellent organizational skills and attentionto detail
    • Servicecontract knowledge and ability to apply skills when processinginvoices
    • CustomerService experience
    PREFERRED SKILLS
    • Ability to type 75 WPM or higher
    • Candidate must be proficient inexcel and Microsoft office.
    • Candidate must be capable of working in a busy and fastpaced environment without difficulty
    • Solid time management skills and the abilityto prioritize is a must
    • Candidate must be an effective team participant willingto support team players management team and other departments
    • Excellentcommunication skills a must
    • Ability to meet goals and work independently uponcompletion of training
