    Description

    Technical Support organization offering expertise in HERE products and services, aiding in technical sales, collaborating with Product, Development, and Operations teams.

    Seeking a Technical Support Engineer II to join Level 2 Platform Support Team, engaging with customers to resolve location-based business challenges and expedite value realization from HERE's products and services.

    Ideal candidate possesses proficiency in relevant software skillset, genuinely passionate about ensuring customer success, enthusiastic to learn new technologies, and share knowledge.

    A HERE Technical Support Engineer is dedicated to building enduring customer relationships, embraces rapid learning, and diligently resolves issues.

    Qualifications:

    Technical Proficiency:

    • 2-5 years of relevant technical experience.
    • Strong knowledge of application support methodologies and tools.
    • Proven experience in mobile app development for various platforms: Android, iOS, or flutter.
    • Full stack development expertise highly desirable: front- and backend development experience.
    • Programming languages: Java or any other OO languages.
    • Knowledge of JavaScript development with modern frameworks like angular, react, etc.
    • Knowledge of cloud services, e.g., AWS, and its tooling beneficial.

    Customer-Centric:

    • Comfortable working directly with customers to understand and address their needs.
    • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.

    Problem Solving:

    • Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose and solve complex technical issues.
    • Proactively identify areas for improvement in processes and workflows.

    Communication Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.

    Adaptability:

    • Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.

    Team Collaboration:

    • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including development and product management.
