- Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate new leads and opportunities through phone calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and assess their potential fit for our products and services.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to align lead-generation activities with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Use CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) to manage lead data, track activities, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Engage with prospects to understand their business needs, educate them about our solutions, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries promptly and effectively to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets and KPIs.
- Continuously learn about our products, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
- Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and conversion rates.
- Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in inside sales or lead generation, preferably in a technology or software company.
- Strong understanding of lead generation strategies, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track activities.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets and goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in the IT, networking, or software industry is a plus.
