- Collaborateclosely with Senior Sales Manager to identify and target potentialclients develop sales strategies and achieve salestargets.
- Conduct outbound sales calls andemails to generate leads qualify prospects and schedule meetingsfor the sales team.
- Build and maintain strongrelationships with clients understanding their needs andeffectively communicating the value proposition of our products andservices.
- Provide exceptional customer serviceaddressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely andprofessional manner.
- Utilize CRM systems totrack leads manage pipelines and report on sales activities andresults.
- Stay updated on industry trends marketdevelopments and competitor activities to identify opportunitiesfor business growth anddifferentiation.
- Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams including Marketing and Product Developmentto support sales initiatives and optimize salesprocesses.
- Minimum1 year of experience in an inside salesrole: We are looking forcandidates with a proven track record of success in inside saleswith a minimum of 1 year of relevantexperience.
- Proficiency in ITservices knowledge: Candidates should demonstrate astrong understanding of IT services including software solutionscloud computing and digitaltechnologies.
- Excellentcommunication skills: Theability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively both verballyand in writing is essential for thisrole.
- Strong proficiency in MSExcel: Proficiency in MSExcel is crucial for managing data analyzing sales metrics andgenerating reports.
- Familiaritywith lead generationprocesses: Candidatesshould be familiar with lead generation techniques and processesincluding prospecting qualifying leads and nurturing relationshipsto drive sales opportunitiesforward.
