A sales/marketer who possesses a growth mindset, with strong communication skills, who thinks creatively, is detail-oriented and is able to meet deadlines.
The successful candidate will be working closely with the regional heads, sales, marketing and product marketers of iGTB to drive the lead generation agenda. The products serve a worldwide marketplace with especial focus on advanced markets (North America, Europe, Japan, Australia and Singapore) and growth markets (India, MEA and rest of Asia), so the successful candidate will need to be comfortable interacting, engaging and booking meetings to highly critical, time-poor senior bank executives from those locations.
Important Note : The client base is an intimate, B2B (in fact B2B2B) marketplace. This is not a mass market marketing role. We aim to provide services to the top 300 banks in the world, aiming to ensure the key 5-10 or so individuals in each one understands and acts based on the unique value we bring. This means we are targeting a community of only a few thousand, senior people, many of whom we know. Candidates will need to be able to show they can work in this marketing environment.
Responsibilities : The talented and competitive Inside Sales team members will thrive in a quick sales cycle environment. You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable reaching out to prospects, doing research to aid sales, making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. Experience in setting up and scaling an inside sales team will be critical.
