    RoleAClient Director also known as an Account Director or BusinessDevelopment Director is a seniorlevel position responsible formanaging and growing relationships with key clients or accounts.The primary goal is to ensure client satisfaction retention andrevenue growth. This role involves strategic planning relationshipmanagement and collaboration with internal teams to deliverexceptional value toclients.
    Responsibilities:
    .ClientRelationship Management:Develop and maintain strong longlasting relationships with keyclients.Understand clients business needsand objectives.Act as the main point ofcontact and advocate for clients within theorganization. AccountStrategy:Create and implementaccount strategies that align with both client goals and theorganizations objectives.Identifyopportunities for upselling or crossselling additional products orservices to clients. StrategicPlanning:Collaborate withclients to develop and refine strategicplans.Ensure that the organizations productsor services align with the clients strategicvision. ClientSatisfaction:Monitor andassess client satisfaction and address any issues or concernspromptly.Work to exceed client expectationsand ensure their success.Financial Management:Managethe financial aspects of client accounts including budgetsforecasts and revenue targets.Track andreport on key financialmetrics. TeamCollaboration:Coordinate withinternal teams such as sales marketing and operations to deliversolutions that meet client needs.Provideguidance and leadership to crossfunctional teams working on clientprojects. ContractManagement:Oversee thenegotiation and renewal of contracts andagreements.Ensure compliance with contractterms and obligations. MarketResearch:Stay informed aboutindustry trends market conditions andcompetitors.Use market insights to developstrategies that benefit clients.Candidate
    • Backgroundin the Banking Industry with experience in client relationsmanagement with CXOlevel engagement
    • Bachelorsdegree in business marketing or a related field (master s degreepreferred).
    • Proven experience in clientmanagement account management or business development often with 12years of relevant experience.
    • Strongunderstanding of the industry and market dynamics related to theclients you serve.
    • Excellent communicationnegotiation and interpersonal skills.
    • Strategicthinking and problemsolvingabilities.
    • Leadership skills and the ability tolead crossfunctional teams.
    • Financial acumenand the ability to managebudgets.

    Location:Mumbai
