    Required Skills:

    • Good understanding of office management systems and procedures.
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
    • Planning and time management skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Problem-solving skills to address facility-related issues promptly.
    • Experience in coordinating with vendors and managing procurement processes.

    • Previous experience in administrative support roles.
    • Flexibility with working hours.

    As an Administration Executive, you will:

    • Manage office supplies ensuring seamless availability, including food & beverage provisions, first aid necessities, stationery, etc.
    • Compile comprehensive reports, management information systems, and other administrative documents.
    • Ensure proper functioning of the office surroundings (e.g. air conditioner servicing, coffee machine, proper lighting, etc.) and promptly handle any repair requirements.
    • Conduct regular inspections to uphold facility standards and guidelines and ensure the functionality of office assets.
    • Ensure that all housekeeping staff members adhere to company policies and maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
    • Promptly facilitate employee requests and coordinate with vendors to procure and maintain essential supplies.
    • Foster vendor relationships, tracking pricing data and maintaining comparison sheets to optimize procurement processes.
    • Coordinate with HR and IT teams to issue access cards, visiting cards, and other formalities whenever required.
    • Coordinate with the travel desk for travel arrangements for guests, and clients, including hotel bookings.

    Degree and Experience

    • 2-4 years of experience into administration or a similar role
    • Any Bachelors/master's degree, MBA preferred or similar fields from Tier1 colleges
