    Location: Hyderabad (On-Site)

    We are a dynamic and innovative company seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager - Staffing Sales to join our team. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth by acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts within the

    recruitment industry.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand the company's footprint within the Recruitment / Staffing Sales / Executive Search industry in the US / UK / Australia.
    • Identify and target prospective clients through proactive outreach, networking events, and industry partnerships.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and ongoing business opportunities.
    • Conduct needs assessments and consultations with clients to understand their recruitment challenges and objectives.
    • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet the needs of clients.
    • Present and demonstrate recruitment services and solutions to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition and competitive advantages.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service level agreements with clients to maximize revenue and profitability.
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience and successful outcomes.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and positioning.
    • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
    • Proven track record of success in sales.
    • Experience in the Recruitment / Staffing Sales / Executive Search industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions to clients.
    • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with clients.
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales and business development.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Previous experience working as a BDM in a recruitment agency, staffing firm, or executive search firm is a must.
    • Certification or training in sales techniques or methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman, Sandler Selling System) is an advantage.
    • Understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluation (a plus).
    • Experience using CRM software to manage leads, opportunities, and accounts (is a plus).
