    Hiring for one of a global supply chain service company

    Job Title: Sales Manager – Food

    Industry Pref: Food & Beverages Services

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive growth and create new market opportunities for our Food and Packaging Solutions. This role involves developing regional account plans, cultivating relationships with potential and existing customers, and promoting the use of product solutions throughout their supply chain. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, adept at consultative selling, and capable of independently managing commercial matters while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

    Qualifications & Skills

    1) Proven sales experience (minimum 6 years) in consultative selling, in the Food industry.

    2) Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage contacts at all levels in multinational companies.

    3) Results-oriented with a track record of aggressively improving sales and market share.

    4) Ability to analyze data, draw relevant conclusions, and develop actionable strategies

    5) MBA degree preferred.

    6) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1) Identify and cultivate relationships with potential new customers in the Food industry, introducing supply chain solutions through a consultative approach.

    2) Utilize technical knowledge of existing products and services to propose tailored solutions to new clients.

    3) Drive profitable sales growth by generating leads through market research tools, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.

    4) Develop and implement business plans to drive client growth and acquisition, actively promoting business model and solutions.

    5) Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to build sales cases and sell solutions. Actively promote digital offerings such as STAR, GRS, and Customer Portal.

    6) Manage trials and adoption processes, including product testing, to drive adoption of solutions.

    7) Develop and maintain a budget, track performance, and adjust plans as needed.

    8) Identify process bottleneck and facilitate implementation of solutions in a timely manner
