    Position: Sales Manager - FMCG (Cleaning & Sanitation Products)

    Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (with travel to upcountry regions)

    Atlas Commodities Pvt. Ltd., a leader in the FMCG sector specializing in cleaning and sanitation products, is seeking a Sales Manager to drive our expansion in Mumbai and upcountry. This role is pivotal in developing new markets within the general trade sector and building a high-performing sales team under your leadership.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement sales strategies to enter new markets and achieve sales targets.

    Identify and pursue business opportunities in the FMCG sector, with a focus on cleaning and sanitation products.

    Build and maintain relationships with key players in the general trade market.

    Recruit, train, and lead a sales team to ensure achievement of sales objectives.

    Provide market insights to inform product development and marketing strategies. - Appoint distributors with wide coverage across Mumbai, Maharashtra and other neighbouring states.

    Requirements:

    A minimum of 5 years' experience in FMCG sales, with a successful track record in the cleaning and sanitation sector.

    Proven ability in team development and leadership.

    Strong network within Mumbai and upcountry general trade markets.

    Exceptional sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

    Willingness to travel extensively.
