    • Over 10 years of Marketing experience.
    • Previous roles in Managed Services/System Integrator IT Industry.
    • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and planning skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in distilling complex ideas into easily understandable narratives.
    • Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
    • Ability to adapt swiftly and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
    • Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
    • Demonstrated curiosity and innovative thinking, with a proactive approach to uncovering pertinent facts.
    • Uphold high standards and maintain sharp attention to detail.
    • Strategic thinking combined with a focus on tactical execution.
    • Effective collaboration with both internal teams and external partners.
    • Demonstrated resourcefulness and determination to overcome challenges and achieve goals, even in demanding situations.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Leading end-to-end digital marketing campaign operations, from campaign builds to optimization, across various channels such as Google Ads, GDN, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter ads.
    • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to analyze Digital Marketing strategies, results, and ROI.
    • Measuring, analyzing, and optimizing efforts while effectively communicating strategies and insights.
    • Regularly tracking and reporting performance metrics.
    • Driving continuous improvement in social paid marketing campaigns to achieve growth, KPI efficiency, and enhance team processes.
    • Bringing a perspective on media best practices to the paid marketing team, staying updated on industry trends, new tools, and best practices.
    • Assisting the team in setting realistic expectations for deliverables and ensuring quality work is consistently delivered.
