    Description

    About the position:

    We are looking for Generative AI & ML Architect with 14+ Years of experience. Engage in Presales and Solutions activities in Generative AI / ML related opportunities with key customer stakeholders / CXOs. Understand customer pain points and create a well-crafted solution, including solution approach, technical architecture, supported by a Proof of Concept. Each of such threads needs to be pursued meticulously to closure.

    • Role: Generative AI & ML Architect for Presales and Solutions Team
    • Location: Bengaluru/ Pune
    • Experience: 14 – 22 Years
    • Job Type: Full Time Employment

    What you'll do:

    • Understand key customer requirements as well as finer nuances w.r.t. Generative AI and ML, including how the solution would be integrated with the existing workflow, secured, tested, evaluated, and continuously improved.
    • Create solution options - High level Approach and Architecture Diagrams with supporting narrative which would highlight key considerations / choices made in the solution.
    • Create proof of Concept supporting the solution
    • Assimilate existing accelerators and solutions in and around Generative AI and utilize them in Presales activities, client demos or while creating new PoC.
    • Collaborate with current Presales and solutions team, Sales, and Account Team to bring out full value to the solution.
    • Learn and undergo trainings to keep pace with the changing landscape of Generative AI

    Expertise you'll bring:

    • Exposure to Presales activities would be preferred.
    • 10-12 years of IT experience with at least 6 years in developing & deploying NLP based solutions, chatbots, Generative AI modules.
    • Good understanding of Cloud Computing (Azure preferred).
    • Sound understanding of Generative AI services like Azure Open AI, Whisper, GPT Vision, DALL-E, Co Pilot Studio as well as other services like Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure Queues, etc.
    • Exposure to open source LLMs
    • Understanding of fine tuning of LLMs
    • Good experience in writing Python scripts, functions, and modular solutions
    • Good understanding of Generative AI in multi-modal scenario (text, audio, video, images)
