    Description

    This Job is for Sales & Marketing function in Supply Chain Finance division of Tulipfin , AI & Blockchain driven Digital Platform , Where job is to develop & manage end to end Sales and Marketing activities at Corporate,Retail and Operational level for the Group.By effectively managing these areas, the Zonal Business Manager - Supply Chain Finance plays a crucial role in driving the growth and profitability of the organization's supply chain finance offerings within a specific region.

    Leadership and Team Management:

    • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the supply chain finance team.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment to achieve business goals.
    • Recruit, develop, and motivate team members to ensure a strong skillset within the team.

    Portfolio Growth:

    • Develop and implement strategies to expand the supply chain finance portfolio in alignment with the organization's overall business objectives.
    • Identify and target potential new clients within the zone for supply chain finance solutions.
    • Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their specific needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
    • Implement robust risk management practices to mitigate potential financial and operational risks associated with supply chain finance transactions.
    • Maintain a high level of portfolio quality through regular monitoring and credit analysis.

    Financial Performance:

    • Achieve and exceed financial targets for the assigned zone, including revenue generation and cost control..
    • Build and manage a team of sales representatives who will generate leads for short-term financial requirements of corporates, anchors, vendors, and distributors.
    • Driving volumes & Anchor acquisition
    • Develop strategies to identify potential clients and build relationships with them.
    • Identify short-term financial needs of clients and recommend appropriate financial products or solutions.
    • Collaborate with other teams such as underwriting, risk, and legal to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of clients.

    Qualifications:

    • Typically requires 10+ years of experience in supply chain finance or related fields (banking, financial service).
    • MBA / CA from reputed industry
    • Strong understanding of financial products such as Dealer Finance, Vendor Finance, Bill Discounting and Supply Chain Finance.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with corporates & MSME,s.
    • Strong understanding of supply chain finance concepts, products, and structures.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Stay up-to-date on latest AI / Blockchain trends in SCF industry trends and developments in supply chain finance.
    • Collaborate with other departments like credit, operations, and legal to ensure smooth program execution.

    Additional qualifications that may be desirable include knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements, experience working with large corporations, and familiarity with CRM and other sales automation tools.
