    Description

    The role of a Strategic business is to draft the broad business strategy for next 3-5 years and identify business opportunities to drive the growth through implementation of Strategy.

    Work with and suggest management the needs and develop a plan for the chosen areas and departments, mostly on a 3-5 year window from present.

    • Plan and execute a management strategy for the organization and for new and existing products or services
    • Oversee the implementation of the strategy and goals
    • Develop alternative strategies as and when needed.
    • Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the plan if necessary with information to the management team
    • Provide tools and materials to the Management to enable the organization function effectively
    • Report on the effectiveness of strategy and advise countermeasures.
    • Utilize data for feedback, utilizing the organization's databases and external data.
    • Identify new business opportunities, TOM, approach and update to management.
    • Conduct market research studies if needed.

    Education Qualification:

    • Minimum education: Master's degree in Science, MBA preferred from Premier institute

    Experience Required :

    • 10-15+ years minimum experience in either marketing and/or analysis in the medical devices industry.
    • 5+ years experience in areas like study business process evaluation, business management, analysis and design, business systems analysis and technology, business trends, and requirements documentation are helpful.
