    Requirements

    Prior experience insales/knowledge of salestools

    Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Provenexperience in call quality analysis. Approachable and vibrantpersonality. Must be a team player with the ability to workindependently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines. Basicproficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) ispreferable.
