    • Providing excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or issues raised by clients.
    • Collaborating with the internal sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies and campaigns.
    • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
    • Reporting on sales activities, performance metrics, and market insights to the management team.
