    JobDescription:

    MaxAircon is seeking an experienced Service Manager for our Punelocation with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in theHVAC (Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning) industry. As aService Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspectsof our service operations ensuring highquality service delivery toour customers and managing a team of servicetechnicians.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    1.Manage and leada team of service technicians including recruitment trainingperformance evaluations and careerdevelopment

    2.Coordinate withthe sales team to understand customer requirements and ensuretimely and efficient servicedelivery.

    3.Develop andimplement service strategies to improve customer satisfaction andloyalty.

    4.Monitor serviceperformance metrics analyze data and implement corrective actionsasneeded.

    5.Ensurecompliance with safety standards regulations and companypolicies.

    6.Manage servicecontracts warranties and service agreements withcustomers.

    7.Handle customerescalations and resolve issues in a timely and professionalmanner.

    8.Collaborate withthe procurement team to ensure adequate inventory levels and timelyprocurement of spare parts andequipment.

    9.Develop andmaintain relationships with key stakeholders including customerssuppliers andcontractors.

    10.Stayupdated with industry trends technologies and best practices tocontinuously improve serviceofferings.

    1FundamentalRequirements:

    1.Bachelors degreein Mechanical Engineering or a related field(preferred).

    2.Minimum of 10years of experience in the HVAC industry with at least 5 years in amanagerial or supervisoryrole.

    3.Strongleadership and team managementskills.

    4.Excellentcommunication and interpersonalabilities.

    5.Proven trackrecord of delivering highquality service and meeting performancetargets.

    6.Knowledge ofHVAC systems equipment and troubleshootingtechniques.

    7.Familiarity withindustry regulations safety standards and quality controlprocesses.

    8.Proficiency incomputer applications including MS Office and service managementsoftware.

    9.Ability to workindependently prioritizes tasks and make sound decisions underpressure.

    10.Valid drivers license and willingness to travel asneeded.
